Expert in ‘Food Safety and Sanitation,’ Dr Mark A. Daeschel brings his subject matter knowledge, research, and teaching to Accelerated University. An FDA-recognized process authority, Oregon State University professor, as well as a Certified Food Scientist with the Institute of Food Technologists, Mark has been retained often as an expert witness in food product litigation.
A driving force in solving food microbiology problems for over 30 years, Dr Jeff Kornacki has provided strategic assistance to industry-leading companies in the midst of FDA and USDA product recalls. With over 700+ troubleshooting-related plant visits in his career, Jeff proudly serves numerous companies across a broad spectrum of food processing industries. His work addressing contamination concerns with dairy product manufacturing is well-regarded and he holds a patent on ultra-filtered milk cheese production.
