Jeff Kronenberg has over 30 years driving operations and corporate quality, productivity, food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety. His resume includes global giants like Frito-Lay, the J.R. Simplot Company, PowerBar, AIB International, and The University of Idaho.
Jeff spent the past 12 years spearheading lean manufacturing initiatives in potato processing operations, cheese processors, as well as salad dressing operation, onion processing, and appetizer operations across Idaho. Working extensively with a wide range of food and dairy processing operations, Jeff provided technical assistance in food safety, HACCP, food defense, and in building GFSI compliant food safety management systems. From 2011 to 2012, Jeff provided food safety & HACCP workshops and technical assistance to food & dairy processing personnel and government regulators in Belarus.
Mr. Jeff Kronenberg brings expertise in regulatory compliance, food safety, preparation for third party sanitation inspections, product development, health and safety, sanitary engineering, marketing, management, lean manufacturing and productivity improvement, pest control, HACCP implementation, quality control, and microbiological testing.
Mr. Kronenberg will be leading the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course as a FSPCA Lead Instructor and utilizing FSPCA-developed training materials. The course was created due to the new FSMA regulation requires that every processing facility have at least one individual trained by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) overseeing the implementation of the facility’s food safety plan and other key tasks. This person is called a ‘Preventive Controls Qualified Individual’. This course will prepare individuals to receive FSPCA certification.
